On September 8, 2021, Lucid Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the redemption of all of its outstanding public warrants to purchase shares of its common stock that were issued under the Warrant Agreement, dated July 29, 2020, by and between the Company and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company (subsequently replaced by Equiniti Trust Company), as warrant agent, as part of the units sold in the Company’s initial public offering. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
A copy of the Notice of Redemption delivered by the Company is filed as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
