This proxy statement and the enclosed form of proxy are furnished in connection with the solicitation of proxies by our board of directors (the “Board”) for use at the 2021 annual general meeting of ACE Convergence Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”), and any postponements, adjournments or continuations thereof (the “Annual General Meeting”). The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 7:00 AM Pacific Time, at the offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, located at 525 University Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94301, and will be available to observe virtually via the Internet at https://www.cstproxy.com/acev/2022. While shareholders are encouraged to observe the meeting virtually, it is a requirement under Cayman Islands law for there to be a physical location of the meeting. You will be permitted to attend the Annual General Meeting in person at the offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP only to the extent consistent with, or permitted by, applicable law and directives of public health authorities.
