1. Subordinate Voting Shares sold to satisfy withholding tax obligations upon the delivery of Subordinate Voting Shares for restricted stock units that vested on May 15, 2022.

2. The Subordinate Voting Shares were sold in one transaction at a price of $0.92 CAD Dollars. This represents the price in United States Dollars using the conversion rate on May 18, 2022.
