MFN Partners Management, LP ("MFN Management") is the investment adviser to the Partnership. MFN Partners Management, LLC ("MFN LLC") is the general partner of MFN Management. Farhad Nanji and Michael F. DeMichele are managing members of MFN GP and MFN LLC.
