Explanation of Responses:

1. Great Mountain Partners LLC is the manager of NFE SMRS Holdings LLC. Jonathan Rotolo and Alexander Thomson are the managers of Great Mountain Partners LLC and, in that capacity, have voting and dispositive power over the Class A Shares held by NFE SMRS Holdings LLC and therefore may be deemed to beneficially own such shares. Each of Great Mountain Partners LLC, Mr. Rotolo and Mr. Thomson disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares, except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.

2. Additional Reporting Persons hereunder: Great Mountain Partners LLC (DE) FEIN 84-3463093. Officer (Manager of Designated Reporting Person). No holdings (see footnote 1 for further explanation). Alexander Thomson, 10 Station Place, P.O. Box 233, Norfolk CT 06058, Officer (Manager of Designated Reporting Person's Manager). No holdings (see footnote 1 for further explanation). Jonathan Rotolo, 10 Station Place, P.O. Box 233, Norfolk CT 06058, Officer (Manager of Designated Reporting Person's Manager). No holdings (see footnote 1 for further explanation).

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions on (1) September 11, 2020 at prices ranging from $31.75 to $32.745 for the sale of 278,606 shares, a range of $32.75 to $33.745 for the sale of 58,010 shares, a range of $33.75 to $34.73 for the sale of 25,591 shares, a range of $34.77 to $35.745 for the sale of 5,500 shares, a range of $35.79 to $36.65 for the sale of 24,503 shares, and a range of $36.89 to $36.925 for the sale of 400 shares, and (2) September 14, 2020 at prices ranging from $32.00 to $32.99 for the sale of 254,945 shares and a range of $33.00 to $33.52 for the sale of 30,692 shares.
