On December 21, 2020, as previously announced, Colonnade Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares (“CLA”), entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger, by and among CLA, Beam Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a direct wholly owned subsidiary of CLA, and Ouster, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Ouster”).
On February 9, 2021, Ouster issued a press release to announce that it has signed a strategic customer agreement with PlusAI, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Plus”) and a leading developer of automated truck technology, for Ouster to provide its digital lidar sensor to outfit key elements of Plus’s automated truck system.
