Effective November 22, 2023, our Board of Directors adopted the Incentive Compensation Recovery Policy furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. The Policy is intended to comply with Rule 10D-1 under the Exchange Act and Nasdaq Listing Rule 5608.
