Explanation of Responses:

1. The options were granted by the Issuer pursuant to its 2018 Equity Incentive Plan as provided under the Company's compensation policy for non-employee directors. All of the options will vest and become exercisable on the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the grant date, and (ii) the day prior to the Company's 2022 annual meeting of stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer through the vesting date.
