Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 18, 2025 the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.1427 per share on the issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s Common Stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on April 15, 2025 to holders of record as of the close of business on February 20, 2025.
