Non-GAAP Financial Measures
This press release includes certain non-GAAP financial measures that are unaudited and do not conform to GAAP, including Adjusted Revenue, Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted EBITDA. Adjusted Revenue is defined as Total Revenue adjusted to include amortization of loan origination costs.
