1. Represents the weighted average purchase price. The shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $2.43 to $2.50, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide BARK, Inc., any security holder of BARK, Inc., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares acquired at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this Form 4.

2. This figure has been adjusted to reflect the correct number of restricted stock units ("RSUs") acquired by the Reporting Person on May 23, 2022, which was inadvertently reported as 300,000 RSUs instead of the correct amount of 123,456 RSUs in the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on June 2, 2022.
