Remarks:

On February 6, 2019. Meisang Hu ("Hu") was appointed to serve as Director of GJ Culture Group US, Inc. (the Company). On February 27, 2019, the Company and Hu entered into a Founder's Stock Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement"). Pursuant to the Agreement, Purchaser agreed to purchase from the Company, and the Company agreed to sell to Purchaser, an aggregate of 18,635,927 shares of the Common Stock of the Company (the "Stock") at $0.003 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of $55,908. Shares were issued on February 27, 2019. The Company filed a S-1 Registration Statement with the Securities Exchange Commission (the "SEC") to register Hu's Stock on July 11, 2019 and the SEC approved the effectiveness of the registration statement on October 11, 2019. The Company filed Form 8A12G to register its class of common stock pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act on January 24, 2020.
