Tarsus Announces Proposed $100.0 Million Public Offering
IRVINE, Calif., February 29, 2024 (GLOBAL NEWSWIRE) — Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: TARS) (the “Company” or “Tarsus”), whose mission is to focus on unmet needs and apply proven science and new technology to revolutionize treatment for patients, starting with eye care, today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of $100.0 million of shares of its common stock or, in lieu of common stock to certain investors that so choose, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock. Tarsus also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15.0 million of shares of its common stock offered in the proposed offering. All securities in the proposed offering are to be sold by Tarsus.
