Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As part of an initiative to refine its commercial operating model, on September 25, 2022, Paya Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) eliminated the role of Chief Commercial Officer. In connection with such elimination, Michele Shepard departed her role as Chief Commercial Officer of the Company, effective September 25, 2022, and will remain employed by the Company in a non-executive role to facilitate a transition of her duties through a date to be determined.
