Shares were disposed of in connection with the underwritten secondary offering of shares, including as a result of the underwriters' exercise of an overallotment option, pursuant to the terms of an underwriting agreement dated September 6, 2023, entered into by LOR, Inc., Rollins, Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, as representatives of the several underwriters named therein.
