Explanation of Responses:

1. Grant of time-based restricted shares pursuant to the Company's 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan. These restricted shares vest one-third each on April 1, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

2. Grant of performance-based restricted shares pursuant to the Company's 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan. All or a portion of these restricted shares will vest over a three-year period upon the satisfaction of certain performance goals established by the Compensation Committee for the year ending December 31, 2022.

3. The Reporting Person's Form 4 that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 2, 2021 contained a mathematical error in calculating the amount of securities shown as being beneficially owned following the reported transaction. The Reporting Person's direct ownership was overstated by 341 shares and has been updated herein to correct that error.
