Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

From November 9-11, 2021, representatives of Apartment Income REIT Corp. (“AIR”), including Terry Considine, Chief Executive Officer, and Paul Beldin, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be meeting with investors at REITworld. During those meetings, AIR representatives will discuss the attached presentation, which includes AIR’s preliminary 2022 Outlook. The presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
