2. Dr. Donald G. Basile, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the registrant and Dixon Doll, Jr., the registrant's Co-Chief Executive Officer, are the managing members of the reporting person and have voting and investment discretion with respect to the securities held by the reporting person. As such, Messrs. Basile and Doll may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the warrants held directly by the reporting person. Each of Messrs.
