Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 24, 2023, ZeroFox Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its continued relationship with a U.S. federal agency focused on cybersecurity. The eight-figure renewal continues a 9-year relationship of providing critical cyber threat intelligence activities, which began as a partnership between the agency and Lookingglass Cyber Solutions which was acquired by the Company in April earlier this year.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
