(“Amalgamated” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: AMAL) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a 50% increase in the Company’s quarterly dividend to $0.15 per common share, payable by the Company on May 8, 2024, to stockholders of record on May 22, 2024.
