Limited Partnership, which is the sole general partner of aMoon 2 Fund Limited Partnership, which directly holds the reported securities. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. |

Received in exchange for shares of Series B Preferred Stock of Adicet Bio, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Old Adicet"), in connection with the merger (the "Merger") of Old Adicet with and into Project Oasis Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of resTORbio, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("resTORbio"). On the effective date of the Merger, the closing share price of a share of resTORbio common stock was $2.28 per share. On the effective date of the Merger, resTorbio changed its name to "Adicet Bio, Inc." |
