| 1. In connection with transferring stock between brokerages, the transferring brokerage sold the reporting person's fractional share in this position as part of its process. |
| 2. It was previously incorrectly reported that the reporting person held 2.681 less shares than he actually held. The purpose of this amendment is to correct that error. |
| 3. On August 20, 2024, the investment club sold its entire position in RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc., along with all of the club's other investment positions, except for one position that it anticipates selling in the near future. |
