On February 27, 2025, Cognyte Software Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will host a virtual Analyst & Investor Day on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. ET to present an in-depth review of the Company’s long-term growth strategy, key growth initiatives, and a financial outlook, followed by a Q&A session.
