Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents (i) 45,489 restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the reporting person on August 9, 2021, one-third of which vest on August 2, 2022, and the remainder of which vest quarterly thereafter in eight equal installments; (ii) 78,585 RSUs granted to the reporting person on February 22, 2022, which vest quarterly in 12 equal installments over a three-year period with an initial vesting date of April 1, 2022; and (iii) 19,646 RSUs granted to the reporting person on March 14, 2022, which vest quarterly in 12 equal installments over a three-year period with an initial vesting date of April 1, 2022.
