Explanation of Responses:

1. The option is granted under the Augmedix, Inc. (the "Issuer") 2020 Equity Incentive Plan. The option will vest monthly in equal increments over one (1) year starting on May 17, 2023, subject to the Reporting Person's provision of service to the Issuer on each vesting date.

2. The option is granted under the Issuer's 2020 Equity Incentive Plan. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the shares subject to the Option shall vest on the one (1) year anniversary of May 17, 2023 and the remaining shares subject to the Option shall vest subsequently in thirty-six (36) equal monthly increments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's provision of service to the Issuer on each vesting date.
