On March 18, 2021, EQ Health Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announced that, commencing on March 22, 2021, the holders of the Company’s units issued in the Company’s initial public offering (the “Units”) may elect to separately trade the securities included in the Units. Each Unit consists of one share of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Common Stock”) and one-half of one redeemable warrant (“Warrant”), each whole Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A Common Stock. No fractional Warrants will be issued upon separation of the Units and only whole Warrants will trade. The Units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) under the symbol “EQHA.U”. The Class A Common Stock and the Warrants are expected to trade on the NYSE under the symbols “EQHA” and “EQHA.WS”, respectively. Holders of Units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the Units into Class A Common Stock and Warrants.
