Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 9, 2022, BioAtla, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 and provided an interim topline data update from its mecbotamab vedotin (CAB-AXL-ADC, BA3011) Phase 2 studies in NSCLC and sarcoma, clinical progress of ozuriftamab vedotin (CAB-ROR2-ADC, BA3021) Phase 2 studies in NSCLC and melanoma, and an operational update on additional ongoing clinical programs. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
