Item 6.02 Change of Servicer or Trustee.
The McClellan Business Park Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 6.9% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of December 1, 2020, relating to the BANK 2020-BNK30 trust filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 30, 2020 (the “BANK 2020-BNK30 PSA”). Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the BANK 2020-BNK30 PSA, Greystone Servicing Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, was removed as special servicer of the McClellan Business Park Mortgage Loan and Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association (“Midland”), a national banking association, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the McClellan Business Park Mortgage Loan under the BANK 2020-BNK30 PSA.
This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of February 27, 2025, the McClellan Business Park Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the BANK 2020-BNK30 PSA, by Midland. The principal servicing office of Midland is located at 10851 Mastin Street, Building 82, Suite 300, Overland Park, Kansas 66210, and its telephone number is (913) 253-9000.
