Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares are held by parallel funds Greensoil Building Innovation Fund (Canadian) L.P. ("Greensoil Canadian") and Greensoil Building Innovation Fund (International) L.P. ("Greensoil International."). The reporting person is the fund manager for both Greensoil (Canadian) and Greensoil (International) and is controlled by a three-person investment committee.

2. The reporting person has a contractual right to appoint a director to the board of directors of the Issuer pursuant to a Stockholders' Agreement dated November 13, 2022.

3. The shares are held by Greensoil Building Innovation Fund Co-Investment I, L.P. ("Greensoil Innovation"). The reporting person is the fund manager for Greensoil Innovation and is controlled by a three-person investment committee.

4. These shares are held by Minett Capital Inc. and is owned by one of three individual investment committee managers which control the reporting person.

5. The shares are held by Minett EQ Inc. and is owned by one of the three individual investment committee managers which control the reporting person.

6. The shares are held by GMS Capital Canada, Inc. and is owned by one of the three individual investment committee managers which control the reporting person.
