On March 2, 2021, Playtika Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the commencement of a proposed offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
