Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported securities are represented by restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock. 60,302 of the RSUs will vest as to 25% on May 20, 2024, and as to 25% quarterly thereafter on the Issuer's standard quarterly vesting dates, subject to the reporting person's continued service on each such date. 66,084 of the RSUs will vest as to 25% on May 20, 2025, and 25% quarterly thereafter on the Issuer's standard quarterly vesting dates, subject to the reporting person's continued service on each such date. 5,782 RSUs will vest as to 25% on May 20, 2026, and 25% quarterly thereafter on the Issuer's standard quarterly vesting dates, subject to the reporting person's continued service on each such date.
