Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock. 100% of the RSUs will vest on the earlier of (i) May 20, 2023 or (ii) the day prior to the date of the Issuer's next annual stockholders meeting following May 20, 2022, in each case, subject to the reporting person's continued service through the applicable vesting date.
