Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.

2. The shares are held by Rodgers Capital, LLC for which the Reporting Person is the managing member and has voting and dispositive power over the shares.

3. The shares are held by the Rodgers Massey Revocable Living Trust dtd 4/4/11 for which the Reporting Person is a trustee and has voting and dispositive power over the shares.

4. On October 20, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted 4,217 RSUs, of which 25% vested on the grant date and the remainder vest in three equal installments on each of December 31, 2021, March 31, 2022 and June 30, 2022, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each applicable vesting date.
