Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 41,759 shares issuable on the settlement of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the Reporting Person. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. 25% of the RSUs will vest on the first anniversary of June 6, 2022 (the "Vesting Commencement Date"); and the remainder will vest in a series of thirty-six (36) successive equal monthly installments measured from the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each applicable vesting date.

2. 1/120th of the shares subject to the option vest monthly over four years commencing on April 18, 2021, and 1/20th of the shares subject to the option vest monthly thereafter over the next year, subject to Reporting Person's continuous service through each such vesting date.
