On May 18, 2022, Fortitude Gold Corporation (the “Company”) held its annual shareholders’ meeting. At the annual meeting, the shareholders elected the two individuals nominated to be directors and ratified the appointment of Haynie & Company as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2022.
