Conditional Commitment Letter

On February 27, 2023, Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. issued a press release announcing the execution of a Conditional Commitment Letter with the U.S. Department of Energy (“DOE”) for a loan with an aggregate principal amount of up to $375 million through the DOE’s Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Incentive Program.
