Explanation of Responses:

1. The award of common stock represents the monthly compensation for the month of December 2023 paid to Mr. Fieler pursuant to the Independent Contractor Agreement, dated December 1, 2023, between PureCycle Technologies, Inc. and Mr. Fieler, pursuant to which Mr. Fieler agreed to serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
