On May 16, 2022, iPower Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal period ended March 31, 2022 (the “Earnings Release”). The Earnings Release was issued in advance of the Company’s previously disclosed earnings call, which will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, where the Company will discuss its financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2022.
