On September 9, 2021, 119,989 shares of Common Stock directly owned by CD&R Vector Holdings, L.P. were distributed to the Reporting Person, who is a limited partner of CD&R Associates IX, L.P., the general partner of each limited partner of CD&R Vector Holdings, L.P., in connection with a charitable gift made by the Reporting Person on September 9, 2021 exempt under Rule 16b-5.
