ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On October 20, 2022, Guerrilla RF, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce the introduction of the GRF5521, one of ten ¼ W linear power amplifiers (PAs) released as part of the Company’s continued expansion into the cellular market.
On October 21, 2022, the Company issued a press release to announce that it had been selected to present at the LD Micro Main Event XV Conference on October 26, 2022 at 1:30 PM PDT. The event is being held at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles, CA. Sam Funchess, VP of Investor Relations, will be presenting at the event.
