ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
Silicon Valley Bank, Santa Clara, California, was closed Friday, March 10, 2023, by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver. A copy of the FDIC’s Press Release announcing the closure is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. Guerrilla RF, Inc. (the "Company") discloses that it has a deposit account at Silicon Valley Bank, with a balance of approximately $2.2 million as of March 10, 2023.
Based on the Joint Statement issued by the Department of the Treasury, Federal Reserve, and FDIC on Sunday evening, March 12, 2023, it is understood that, along with all other depositors, the Company will have access to all of its deposits at Silicon Valley Bank, starting Monday, March 13, 2023.
