Item 5.02. Departure of Certain Officers, Election of Directors, Appointment of Certain Officers, Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 20, 2022, Vivek Paul notified Kernel Group Holdings, Inc. (“Kernel”) of his decision to resign from his position as Chief Investment Officer of Kernel, effective as of such date. Kernel does not expect to fill the role of Chief Investment Officer and expects that its other executive officers will assume Mr. Paul’s responsibilities.
