1. On April 9, 2021, the Reporting Person was awarded 23,133 restricted stock units (the "RSUs") under the Rush Street Interactive, Inc. 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). The RSUs vest in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.

2. On April 9, 2021, the Reporting Person was awarded stock options of the Issuer (the "Stock Options") under the Plan. The Stock Options vest in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.
