1. Previously reported on Form 3 filed on December 11, 2020. The vesting schedule was amended as follow: 25% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on August 22, 2020; 6.25% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on November 22, 2020 and February 22, 2021; 4.70% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on on July 1, 2022; 8.9% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on October 1, 2022; 7.4% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on January 1, 2023; 10.40% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on April 1, 2023; 8.90% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on July 1, 2023 and October 1, 2023; 2.70% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on January 1, 2024;

2. (Continued from footnote 1) and 2.65% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on April 1, 2024, July 1, 2024, October 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025.
