Explanation of Responses:

1. The transactions reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 Plan adopted by the Reporting Person on February 17, 2023.

2. The price reported in column 4 is an average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $46.00 to $46.08, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.

3. The shares reported in this transaction represent a gift to a charitable organization.

4. These shares are held directly by The Freedom Revocable Trust dated February 28, 2017 as amended, and for which the reporting person serves as trustee.

5. These shares are held by the 2020 Jan Baszucki Gift Trust dtd 12/31/2018 of which the Bessemer Trust Company of Delaware, N.A. serves as trustee. The spouse of the Reporting Person may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Gift Trust.

6. These shares are held by the 2020 David Baszucki Gift Trust dtd 12/31/2018 for which the Bessemer Trust of Delaware, N.A. serves as trustee. The Reporting Person may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Gift Trust.

7. All of the shares subject to the option are fully vested and exercisable as of the date hereof.
