1. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. On February 22, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted 1,169 restricted stock units (RSUs). The RSUs vest and convert to common stock of the Issuer as to 1/4th of the total shares on each of March 31, 2021, June 30, 2021, September 30, 2021, and December 31, 2021, subject to continued service through each vest date.
