| 1. On March 21, 2023, Daniel M. Tapiero resigned from the Board of Directors of Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp. (the "Company"). Pursuant to the terms of Mr. Tapiero's stock grant from the Company, Mr. Tapiero's resignation triggered a forfeiture of 50,000 shares of Class A Common Stock then-held by Mr. Tapiero to Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Management LLC. |

Shahraab Ahmad is the managing member of Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Management LLC and has sole voting and investment discretion with respect to the securities held of record by Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Management LLC.
