2. The reported securities are included within 20,000 units purchased by the Reporting Person for $10.00 per unit. Each unit consists of (a) one Class A ordinary share and (b) one-fifth of one redeemable warrant.

3. The warrants will become exercisable 30 days after the completion of the Issuer's initial business combination, and will expire 5 years after the completion of the Issuer's initial business combination (or earlier upon redemption or liquidation).
