2. Includes options to purchase 600,000 Class A Subordinate Voting Shares ("SVS") at a price of $0.64 per share, options to purchase 600,000 SVS at a price of $0.78 per share, and options to purchase 200,000 SVS at a price of $1.20 per share.

3. Stock options vest in monthly 1/24th increments beginning on December 5, 2023.
