On September 16, 2008 the Board of Directors of CDI Corp. elected Albert E. Smith as a director of CDI, to serve until the company's 2009 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Smith will serve on the Board's Finance Committee. Mr. Smith was the Chairman of Tetra Tech, Inc. from March 2006 to February 2008 and, prior to that, held various senior management positions at Lockheed Martin Corporation.
